At Endless Thanks Co., each book is custom designed and crafted specifically for you. Because every order is personalized and produced to order, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds once a purchase has been placed.

We encourage you to review all selections carefully before completing your order.

Custom Production Policy

All Endless Thanks Co books are made to order using the materials, size, cover selection, and design details chosen at checkout.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

• All sales are final
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
• Personalized books cannot be returned or exchanged

Production or Shipping Issues

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and printing partners.

If your book arrives with a verified production defect or shipping damage, we will gladly coordinate a replacement at no additional cost.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at hello@endlessthanksco.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damage or defect

Eligible issues include:

• Binding defects
• Missing or duplicated pages
• Incorrect size or material selection
• Printing errors caused during production
• Damage sustained during shipping

If approved, a replacement will be issued promptly.

Client Responsibility

Because each book is created from client-provided selections and approved content, Endless Thanks Co. is not responsible for:

• Low-resolution or blurry images submitted
• Color variations inherent to screen-to-print differences
• Typos or content errors approved in final proofs
• Delays caused by late file submissions or proof approvals
• Gift cards or promotional purchases

Final proof approval confirms that all content, spelling, layout, and selections are accurate.

A Note on Custom Work

Our books are crafted as heirloom pieces, made uniquely for each client. For this reason, we are unable to restock or resell completed books.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering a product that reflects the care and intention behind every order.
